Born on February 27, 1912 Margaret Teague lived a joyous life of 96 years. Lovingly known as “Mamu”, she lived as a Christian for more than 80 years. From a listening perspective to a performance perspective, Mamu enjoyed music her whole life, also playing piano and organ. She is the mother of 1 daughter, Marge who is also on our Motherboard. Mamu is the grandmother of 3, and the great-grandmother of 7. She celebrated 96 wonderful years in 2008 before going home to be with the Lord on March 30th, 2008. Voices With Purpose will always remember Mamu for her spunk, her strength and her faithful walk with the Lord. She will be greatly missed, but we will see her again soon. In the meantime, we will remember that whenever Mamu was asked how things were going, she always answered with a robust, “Life is Grrreat!”. We will not forget the wonderful witness of her life.
